Urban Retreats

I work with corporates from time to time to create wellness events so employees, club members and the community can relax the nervous system, and return to a healthy mind-body state.

    Energetic Soundbaths are a space where we come together, and heal our wounds in a safe, group setting. I channel, and guide you to move the energy with sound.

  • Reiki Course and Practice

    We hold regular reiki and student practice sessions where we learn to tap into universal energy to support our life. The practice sessions are open to all students who have trained in Reiki 1, 2 or Master level.
