SHODEN REIKI 1
This programme teaches you the foundation of reiki energy for a lifelong practice.
After the two-day course, you will become attuned by an accredited Reiki Master, which qualifies you to apply reiki on yourself. With time and practice, you can use reiki on your pets, plants and loved ones.
As your energy channels open and expand, you will experience internal shifts. In the weeks following the programme, you will receive extra support as your body and energy channels undergo this upgrade.

What happens after Reiki 1?
In the following 21 days after the course and attunement, you will integrate the learnings and expanded channels through regular self-practice. Afterwards, our group will gather to practice and share experiences.
With continual practice, students will then be able to move to level 2 (Okuden) with Bonita.
